We are now looking for individuals for a company in Bålsta that works with service, special solutions, and customized assignments. Since we work in teams, we are looking for someone who is versatile, solution-oriented, and has the ability to handle varying tasks.

The work is characterized by collaboration and flexibility, where we jointly solve tasks based on the customer's needs. We would be happy to discuss what this means in practice in more detail during a personal meeting.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a construction worker and/or welder

• Is practical, flexible, and responsible

• Thrives in a service-oriented and solution-focused work style

• Can work both independently and in a team

• Has a good understanding of safety and quality

Tests that may occur:

• Welding test MMA (visual inspection)

• Welding test MIG/MAG (visual inspection)

• Blueprint reading

• Knowledge of workshop machines

• Understanding of manufacturing

• Planning & risk assessment

• Knowledge in assembly

Preferred qualifications & certifications:

• Welding licenses

• Hot Work

• 5817 Visual inspection

• Forklift license

• Lift training (mobile work platforms)

• Fall protection

• Safe lifting / secure load coupling

• CPR

• BAS P & U

• Scaffolding card

• Work on roads

• Crane training

• Work environment training

• Driving license B

• AutoCAD (drawing program)
